I want to load a new program via a CD but I cannot get the CD drive to open.
What am I doing wrong? I powered down and on rebooting and log-on I went to
the Control Panel to add the program but I cannot open the CD drive?

Does the LED blink to show power to the drive? If no, the tray may be
stuck. Look for small hole on the door. With power off, insert a
straightened paper clip and push gently. If no luck, you should post this
in the tabletpc newsgroup in the hope of getting some suggestions from
other Fujitsu tablet owners -or- contact technical support.

Correction: The first sentence in my reply addresses whether or not the CD
drive is getting power to operate. Check cables and connectors.
The rest of my response addresses a different issue.
