Outlook Express could not be started... new reason.

I had the [paraphrased] "Outlook Express could not be started because disk
full/incorrect installation" followed by "could not initialise msoe.dll"
errors.

It turned out that SQL Server Agent had a handle on folders.dbx, discovered
by checking with Process Explorer (www.sysinternals.com). I stopped SQL
Server and its dependents and then I could open OE.

I have no idea why SQL Server Agent wanted to look at my folders.dbx.

System: W2003SP1, SQL Server 2000, OE6.
