I have a message rule set to send a standard reply upon receipt of a certain
message. Is there some way I can later send a follow up reminder to all of
these senders? I can isolate them with Edit > Find > Message in both my
Inbox and Sent Items folders, but can't see how to send them all a message.
They are not in my Address book.

Can't do it with Outlook Express in any way that I've found. Other mail
programs may have that functionality but it's not present in OE.
