I have deleted most of my email Adresses, salso those in sub folders, and
groups. Can I somehow recover these?

1. Enable 'Show Hidden Files and Folders':

2. In Windows Explorer, search for (WinKey+F):
*.wab~
3. This file is the backup of your Address Book which Windows maintains for
you. Rename it with a .wab extension (e.g., username.wab~ => backup.wab) to
open it. (Do not rename it the same as your original Address Book.) Help >
About will show you it's location. Write it down.
4. Open your original Address Book and use File > Import > Address Book to
import the contents of the renamed backup, pointing the wizard to the
location you wrote down in Step 3 above.
Note that Folders and Groups will not import. (They don't export either.)
