Problem: Microsoft Windows XP Home. The documents I read, produce, look at
all open up narrow. You know that you can produce documents 8-1/2 inches
wide. I can't. My documents are about 6 inches wide. Please tell me how
to fix. Thank you

You change the left and right margins in whatever program you are using to read/produce
the documents. In many programs, that option is under File, Page Setup.
