Hello,
I am trying to help a friend who is on DSL "Always On" connection through a
LAN.
When she opens her OE instead of just automatically connecting and getting
her mail like it always did, it now brings up a dial-up windows and says she
is working off line and would like to connect. She closes that window and
it says that she is off line and the same dial up window comes up and won't
let her connect as usual. What is causing this?
TIA
