Hello,
How is it possible always to wiev msg.´s in html-format without setting
this one by one - it has to be a permanent setting.

Tools | Options | Read. Uncheck: Read all messages in Plain Text.

If the message was sent in plain text, then it can't be viewed as an HTML
message (although it really is if you don't have OE set to read all messages
as plain text and are using XP SP2).
