I see non html messages in Arial 12,
how do I change it to 10?

In messages you receive? Tools | Options | Read | Fonts | Font Size.

Try Tools/Options/Read tab and click the Fonts button and select a smaller
size. Or, if you like your own default encoding of messages, go to
Tools/Options/Read and click the International Settings button and put a
checkmark in the box to use Default encoding for incoming messages.
