Address Book-New Folder

I need to make new folders in my address book. Instructions say to use
dropdown on "NEW" dialog box and you have a choice of New Contacts, New
Group, or New Folder.
Mine only has New Contacts and New Group, any idea what happen to the new
folder option?

What operating system are you using? What version is shown in the
Help/About screen for the Windows Address Book? Do you also have MS Office
with its mail program, Outlook, installed on this computer? Are you sharing
Contacts with Outlook?
