Hello!

Is there a stand alone version of OE available? I have a german windows
system with a german I.E. and OE. I have to check now some things in the
english version of OE and do not want to install a complete US-/english
version system of cause.

No, there is no standalone version available. But there is always the MUI

Windows Server 2003, Windows XP & Windows 2000 MUI:

I have another question to that, may be, you as the MVP for Outlook Express
can answer.
Do you know if there are technical differences between the english and the
german OE version? I mean, is it possible that the internal structure like
classes or handles is different?

Marc: The programs are identical, the only exception being the language
displayed. I'd look into using the MUI to see if it can help you do what
you have in mind. Good luck.
