when i send print jobs - either e-mail messages in inbox/send mail/deleted
folders to a direct printer using outlook express 6, the print window did not
pop up, no error messages too. try printing the pages in internet explorer,
printer no response, no error message showed on the screen. however, print
jobs are possible using microsoft excel and words. pls help !
