Is it possible to alter the order of email accounts to be accessed and email
on those accounts to be downloaded into OE6.
I would prefer my local ISP mail account to be accessed first, which at the
moment is last. Hotmail is first.
My local ISP mail account is set as default.
Op Sys = Win XP, ADSL 1.5m

This is one of the puzzles of OE, some say that it checks the last entered
account, some say default first? or alphabetical?
It really is a random thing.
Try changing the "friendly name" in details of the account that you want to
check first, OE>tools>accounts>mail>properties>general tab>top box, change
the first letter of each account, alpha' - ie instead of hotmail change it
to zotmail,>apply, that might make it last to be checked?
tpg.com.au could be changed "in the box mentioned only" Apg.com.au ?
