Hi,
I have recently changed my broadband service (from BT 560Kb to BT broadband
Basic 1Mb).
Since changing I have a problem adding pictures or attachments to e-mails.
Whenever I use the "browse" or "look in" buttons the screen freezes & I have
to use Ctrl-Alt-Del to clear the problem but still can't add files to the
mail.
Could anyone please suggest a solution to the problem?

Just for the heck of it............

Clear the Temporary Internet Files. In IE>Tools>Internet Options>
Delete Files button. And check the box to Delete Offline content.
