sending a message later possible?
Is there any way to write a message and send it later
in a determinated hour?
I write the message 20 hs, but I want that message to
be sent 23 hs...
Is there a send later item in menu but not customizable it seems...
any other way?

If you go to File | Work Offline and then send the message, it will sit in
the outbox. Then make sure OE is set to send and receive at startup. Then
close OE. Then go to scheduled tasks (Start | Programs | Accessories |
System Tools | Scheduled Tasks) and set a new task. Then choose OE as the
program and set the start date and time. Then, as long as you don't open OE
in the intervening time, OE will start at the given time, and since OE is
set to send and receive at startup, then it will send the message at that
time.
Now who said "No"? <VBG>
That's a clunky way of doing it, and you can't use OE in the meantime, but
it will work.

Sure. Change the check for new messages interval to 180. (If you want
the contents of the Outbox sent 3 hours later.) (Alt-T,O,Alt-i,180)

He still first has to uncheck send messages immediately then, prior to
putting the message in the outbox.

I was interpreting the question to have inverted the first two words
and to imply that he would be using Alt-F,L to put stuff in the Outbox.
That means that it would still be there until the next "check" time,
regardless of that option.

That's ok. but if mannually check accounts or put receive all
the message is sent in that moment right?

I think it depends on which command you execute.
If "manually check accounts" means Ctrl-M (aka Send & Receive All)
then the Send part of that means that your Outbox will be flushed.
"Receive All" (e.g. Alt-T,S,R) doesn't have any implication of sending
so I would expect the Outbox to be unchanged by that command.
What I'm not certain of is what happens when the Outbox contains
a message from one account and you pick a specific account other
than that one to do a Send & Receive on. If you are interested in
that case why not perform the experiment and report your results?
More importantly, for my suggestion I am not certain whether the start
of the check interval gets reset when you use a manual Read command.
I suspect it would; so in that case you would have to modify the check
interval value again to reflect when you wanted the send to occur. <eg>
