It is a Hotmail sever problem. Seek help from them...oh, wait; MSN Hotmail
doesn't offer help for their free accounts. Anyway, it is almost certainly
not an MS Outlook Express issue.

Problems on MSN/Hotmail's end, we suspect. Close and then reopen OE, or, if
you have more than one identity, switch to the other identity and then
return to the one in which you were having the problem.
