Limited Users Real Slow

I have Win XP Pro SP2. When a limited user opens any application it
takes a long time, 30 or more seconds. If I switch that user to be
Administrator, the same applications open in just a few seconds. Any
idea why?

Remove that limited user and create a new one.
See if that will solve the problem.

Gave that a try. Unfortunately it didn't help. I suspect that
something that I installed is getting in the way. I've searched for
spyware and found nothing. I haven't rebuilt the PC lately. Maybe
it's time. Blah!
