Combine & Decode emails?

Perhaps slightly of subject but...
In Outlook 2003 can you take several topic related emails and combine them
into one email for sending as you can with newsgroup posts in OE6 (using the
combine & decode option).

In OE -
Select all of the messages that are part of the original message (each
part will usually have a number).
On the Message menu, click Combine and Decode.
If needed, reorder the parts in the correct sequence.
You need to ask in an Outlook group for how to do it in Outlook, but
suspect the process is similar.

No. No combine/decode in Outlook.
Save the parts and use uuencode or WinZip can do it.
