changing proxy server links for OE6

I have a proxy server prog (CCproxy) running on my internet gateway (pc
with a wifi card from internet source) to supply my network for web access
and emails.

IE6 works ok with proxy server settings looking at port 808 on the server,
but OE6 doesn't.

It shares its connection source with IE6, and although HTTP, FTP, SOcks,
gopher server /port settings can be adjusted there's no way to point OE6 to
port 110 for POP3 access.(or for newsgroup access either)
CCproxy is serving pop3 and news on ports that are conventional.

How can you change them in OE6?. Or perhaps split OE6 from sharing the
same connections as IE6?

thanks AW

Tools | Accounts | Mail | <account name> | Properties | Servers tab

You will find them already on the correct ports but can adjust to another
one if you so choose.
