Try repairing IE first:
Start > Run
then enter exactly (case/space-sensitive) copy/paste it.
rundll32.exe setupwbv.dll,IE5Maintenance
this will give you the IE Repair dialog... proceed to repair IE and see if
this
helps. reboot.

Thanks to Steve I was able to fix my print issues and am now able to link
out of OE6 to IE6.
My one remaining problem is the failure of the send to functions in IE6.I
cannot send pages or links to OE6 either with the tool bar button or the
file,send to feature.
None of the enclosed fixes work.
I have fixed this problem several years ago but cannot remember the fix.
Thanks in advance,
Bob

Well,no joy.I did find Netscape keys were back in the registry,no known
reason for this as I have not installed netscape since I cleaned them out in
2002.I cleaned all reference to netscape out of the registry but no joy.
I took all action as recommended by Pa Bear with no joy.
Any other ideas folks?I can live without "send to" but it sure makes life
simple.
Again, thanks for all the tools and help.

Try going to Tools | Options | Programs in IE and click the reset web
settings button and see if that fixes it.
If it doesn't then try what Robear suggested before:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q306098
And if that doesn't work, the reinstall IE and OE:

Well, the old fellow with poor eyesight substituted a semi-colon for a colon
in the registry statement C\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSOE.DLL.Fixed
this and now sendto works just great.
Thanks to all for the patience and guidance, what a wonderful group and web
resource.

You don't have to be old to do that. Done many similar things over the
years.
I spent 3 hours trying to reinstall audio drivers in my laptop and still
couldn't get the sound to work. Turned out the cat had stepped on the
FN-Mute keys simultaneously and muted the sound.
That put the cat in the doghouse. <G>
