MIME/Quoted Printable should not linewrap.

As Frank said, you need to use MIME/Quoted Printable. You specify that in Tools, Options,
Send, Mail, Plain Text Settings.
The message will then wrap to the recipient's message reading window, provided that they
have a compatible mail program. Some older mail programs may not properly display the
message.
Make sure that you use the Enter key only at the end of a paragraph when typing.

OK I understand.
But in this plain text settings I can only fill in numbers from 30 to 132! What do you mean by MIME/Quoted Printable?

Did you go to Tools | Options | Send and click Plain text Settings in the
Mail section?
