I was looking at my accounts in the 'All' tab and noticed 3 that don't mean
anything to me.

BigFoot Internet Directory Services
VeriSign Internet Directory Services
WhoWhere Internet Directory Services

What are they? What's their purpose? Are they require or needed? Would they
effect anything if I take them off?

Just delete them, if you don't want to use them. They are not needed.
It's one of the first things I do when setting up a PC.
