Can I delete all accounts on o/e 6 and start from scratch ?
I can't seem to send or receive any mail whatsoever.
Ikeep getting error message 800ccc0d

Wasn't there more to that error than some cryptic number? As I recall, MSFT
mail clients also include a descriptive verbose error message. Something
like "Server can't be found", or similar. Something like this:

the server name correctly. Account: 'SMTP Test', Server: 'Akiko', Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number:

That means that the server name, 'Akiko', can't be found. Just like the
verbal message says. Could be a number of cause. Follow the directions of
the error message; "Please verify that you have entered the server name
correctly."

Is that the complete error message that you got? What is the name of the
server in your mail client configuration?
