I asked this question on 5/17 and thought we solved the problem, but it's back.

When I attempt to "Insert" a "Picture..." when constructing an email message,
the picture dialog flashes and then disappears. I check all my security
setting in OE6, but I can't see anything.

I can send the picture as an attachment.

Anyone have any more ideas?

I am using MS XP SP2, OE 6.00.2900.2180(xpsp_2_rtm.040803-2158). mose.dll is
the same version as OE.

Your ISP may have installed a program called "MotiveSmartBridge" and if you
look for it and either uninstall it, or click Start/Run and type: MSCONFIG,
clicking then on the Startup Tab, disable it (uncheck it) so it will not
start. Reboot the computer and see if it's fixed.

I already removed "MotiveSmartBridge", but still have the problem.
