Paypal messages going directly to "deleted items" folder in new POP Account

I just set up a new pop mail account with my Roadrunner. It works fine for
all mail except
for paypal emails. My paypal messages go right into the deleted items
folder.It never did with the old address. It is not blocked and there are no
rules for it! I am running Norton Anti Virus 2003 but I don't see it doing
anything here.
I am out of ideas...Any help?

Is Paypal listed in Blocked Senders?

Have you any Message Rules which might be responsible for the behavior?

Does your version of NAV include Norton AntiSpam (NAS)? Have you installed
NAS or any other anti-spam application separately? Might Roadrunner's
filters be responsible? A lot of Trojan-generated spam shown as being "sent
from" Paypal (it's not) have been flooding mailservers in recent weeks.
