I am looking for the option that will allow message fragmentation and
reassembly. I need to be able to turn this option off and on as it is
causing some fits in my junk mail filter I have with my ISP. Everything I
have read suggests this option is in the Tools menu in OE but I am having no
luck in finding it. Any input will be appreciated, thank you.

Don't understand the question. Are you asking about the Combine/Decode
operation for multipart messages? Or the search for hyperlinks when doing
so? There is no message fragmention and reassembly operation that I know
anything about so we really need some details from you as to exactly what
you want to do, and what problem you may be having doing it.

The option for sending is Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, Advanced, Break Apart.

There is no setting for incoming messages. IF OE recognizes the broken apart messages, it
will automatically reassemble them after they are downloaded to your Inbox. This is too
late for any junk mail filter at your ISP.

If some people you correspond with are sending fragmented messages, they need to turn off
that option at their end.
