Extracting and saving inserted sound?

Good morning,
Does anyone know of a way, to extract and save,
a sound file, that was inserted into an OE6 message,
in this manner: Create Mail-Format-Background-Sound.
{I've searched around, but haven't seen this mentioned in
my travels, so maybe there's not, but I would think, where it's so easy to
insert the sound, that it would also be easy to extract it}
- then again, it's easier putting the alligator
into the water, than it is taking it out -
thnks much for your answer .........

First, set your mail sending to Plain Text. Then click the message with the
sound file and select Forward. The attached sound file should appear just
below the Subject line in the forwarded message. File/Save Attachments
should save it to a folder of your choice. An exception to this would be if
the sound file is not attached, but is instead streamed from a website. If
that's the case, post back for added info.

Glad to help, Boats. Thanks for the nice feedback. And, documentation
about OE is sadly very poor and will not get any better.
