PPT and wps Files

I am using WindowsXP. I received, through OE, two emails each with an
attachment - one PPT and one wps. Since I do not have Works or Power Point
how can I open these attachments? When I try to open the attachments a box
comes up telling me to create a folder in Folder Options (Control Panel) but
I have not been successful with that.

Thanks
me

The PPT worked perfectly. I'm still working on the MO Word Viewer 2003.
I'll let you know. Thanks
