Can we not have 2 e-mail sites off one account? For example, my husband
have 1 e-mail address(gbowrey@insightbb.com) and one for me? When I attempt
to send anything off mine, I get questions of host, server name________,
and account_______. I tried a few things and they didn't work. What am I
doing wrong?
thanks Tonya Bowrey

Hi Tonya,

It's not quite clear what the problem might be. More than one account should
not be a problem. The issue may be account setup/configuration. I have a few
questions that should help.

1. Do you have a second address provided by your ISP?
The setup would be much like your husbands with the exception of
user name (or full e-mail address) and password.
Don't forget authentication for sending if required by your ISP.
Do you have a non-insight.com address?

2. Was a second account using this address setup in Outlook Express?
New Account Wizard: Tools, Accounts, Mail tab...New Mail

3. Do you and your husband share the same Windows User and OE Identity?
Do you both share the same OE message store?

4. When sending do you select your address from the message window
"From:" line drop-down list?

You cannot just add another email address to an account. You need to get a
new account from the provider.
