Using rules to block everything but address book addresses

Here is my question:

Is it possible to block all incoming emails (or filter them once they
arrive) that do NOT match an email in my address book?

I know how to do this by creating a rule and manually selecting the
addresses to filter but is there a way that the 'book' itself can be selected
so that if you add or remove addresses from the book - then the rule will not
have to be regularly modified?
