How do I send automatic replies to emails I receive while my business is
closed at night?

More specifically for just one of my email addresses. I use 3, but only 1 is
for business and it does not get spam, only real emails from customers.

While you're out of the office, possibly for days at a time, do you want to
(1) leave your computer running, (2) connected to the internet, with (3) OE
also running and (4) configured to poll for new messages on a schedule and
then (5) reply to /every/ incoming message, (6) including spam (which
confirms your email address to the spammers)?

If so, I can tell you how.

Hi there,

You can use a message rule to do this. Select Tools | Message Rules | Mail,
then "where the message is from the specified account" and "reply with
message." If you reply with a txt message (create one in Notepad), the text
of the message will be sent in the body of an email message.

Nice to have you back. Many changes in OE with SP2 and updates installed.

Take care of yourself.

I only want to respond to emails sent to my business address. It does not
receive any spam. I do not want to respond to emails sent to my personal
addresses.

Did you follow the directions I gave you?
