Thanks everyone for your help! I think it's fixed now, apparently my server
timeouts were too long, so I shortened them, and now it seems to be
fine...but I checked out Bruce's link, and that does seem to be the problem.
I'm not sure how to fix it though. "To fix the problem, simply delete the
"Pop3uidl.dbx" file." How would I go about doing this?

If you're not getting multiple copies of *all* messages when you receive,
POP3uidl.dbx is not your problem.
