The Toolbar buttons (Create Mail, Reply, Reply All, Forward, Print, Etc) get
bigger the longer I leave outlook express open. If I minimize outlook, and
come back a few hours later, the icons are bigger. Does anyone know how to
make this stop? If I close OE and reopen it, they are back small again.

It's a known bug with no fix as yet.

Until there is a fix, you can also grab the bottom of the toolbar and
push it up, then back down to reset the buttons. Also, many have chosen
View | Layout | Customize Toolbar. Use Small Icons & select: No Text
Labels. This makes the icons even smaller and they shouldn't expand off
the screen.
