Hi there,

Are you talking about Outlook, or Outlook *Express*? This newsgroup is for
the latter. If this is the program you're using, you need to search your
drive for all *.dbx files. Those are your old message folders. Put those
files into the same folder that Outlook Express is using for mail folders
(you can find this out by right-clicking on one of your mail folders and
choosing Properties). Now, with OE closed, find Folders.dbx (in that same
folder) and delete it. The next time you open OE, you should find those
mail folders there.

Hi Margaret,
Thanks for that - I am using OE.
I will give it a bash, cheers.

Hi Margaret,
Found the location of the folders being used by the current OE.
But when I did a search for the *.dbx files, I could find any (even with the
opition of show all hidden files).

Cheers

Hi Margaret,

Scrape the last entry - I found the files(the search did not have the look
in hidden files and folders checked).
Copied all the entries as suggested but unfrotunately it still does not show
up.

Cheers

Hopefully you haven't deleted Folders.dbx as per Margaret's
instructions, you need it!
Move all the folders you found including Folders.dbx to another folder
on your dekstop for ease of use.
(You can't just copy/move them into OE).
Then use file>import>messages>oe6>import from a store directory and
point to the new folder on your desktop.
Post back if you have already deleted Folders.dbx for a workaround.

You can't just move the folders into OE and expect it to recognise them.
You also need Folders.dbx for an import to work.
Please read up.
