I would like to know how to save my history ( inport, export you get the idea).

But dont want to install a another utility(less is better),I like To know if
i can just access the folder

For WinXP, set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders and then
look at
drive:\Documents and Settings\{user}\Local Settings\History
