Windows version?

Is the machine fully up to date at Windows Upate?

Yes it's fully up to date. The hotfix is not on Windows Update. I need it
for Windows 2000 and XP SP2.

I didn't mean to suggest that Windows Update offered this hotfix.

As has been posted previously, contact PSS. If the rep determines that you
need the hotfix(es), it's highly unlikely that you'll encounter a charge
*if* you don't ask any other questions.
