Help!...My windows XP has a "dialog" problem? It won't let me refresh or more
importantly...it won't let me move files around...The plus sign shows up, but
the files don't move...help?....Any answer would be much appreciated...
I have files that can't be deleted if reinstallation is my only option....

Does copy | Paste work?

If it does, delete the file from the original location after you have copied
it to the new location. It is much safer this way anyway!
