IE6 has stored some login/passwords in some of the dropdown windows. How do
I clear those?

In IE 6 go to Tools...Internet Options...Content tab, Autocomplete button -
click the Clear buttons, and also uncheck the boxes above if you don't want
these stored in the future. Or you can selectively clear those items by
clicking on them when they appear and hit the Delete button on your
keyboard.

Highlight them (not select) and press the Delete key.
