Scenario:
Site A is not blocked.
Site B is blocked in content advisor using the Approved Sites list.

If I type a URL from site B into the address bar, it is blocked. :-)
If a page on site A uses a javascript include to load a script from
site B it is not blocked. :-(

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug in IE?
Is there a better way to block content?
