Please help! When I type in certain websites, IE changes the name of the
site by adding 20% to the address. I have read through several postings but
do not see my particular problem. I have Norton and I have the BETA of
Microsoft anit-spyware. What can I do to stop this as it will not recognize
the site I really want to visit.
