I have started a petition that encourages Microsoft to build a download
manager into their next version of Internet Explorer. Anyone who agrees
with the petition statement is welcome to sign this petition. I am even
inviting MS-MVPs to sign -- because, after all, it should look more official
if enough MVPs decide to sign the petition. The petition is located at this
