Where do I change the setting so that when I click on something and a box
appears my cursor is on the ok button on the box rather than having top move
the cursor myself?

Ummm...Control Panel > Mouse; or if you use drivers provided by the
manufacturer of your mouse, their software will have that function....

Hi,
Depending on the software, the cursor focus is sometimes dependent on the
program. Many development platforms allow the writer to determine where the
focus is when the window opens. This is not something that you can override
with a setting in Windows.
