[Dowhoop12]

MiI have Windows XP Pro. with service pack 2. In my Microsoft Internet
Explorer my home page will not change. When I open the Internet Explorer the
home page is blank.I go to tools then to options then where it says to put in
home page i put the home page i want and then click apply. I click out of
Internet Explorer and then i go to icon and click internet explorer and the
home page is still blank. It keeps saying about:blank. I have run all the
spyware and anti-virus programs you would not beleive but i did and they come
up with nothing. I have Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.1. I have tried to just
up grade to the Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 but I have not located it
anywhere. I find it with service pack 1 but I all want is just the download
for Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 . I had a problem that is in the Microsoft
Newsgroup under English if you choose to look for it under Accessibity under
general discussion under can not find my home page [dowhoop12]. Now that i
have found this group I hope someone will help me to upgrade my Microsoft
Internet Explorer and get my homepage back. Thanks Dowhoop12

It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post

Hello there PA Bear, Thanks for your help. You have answered all of my
questions and being patient with me. Your help in the Mircosoft Support
helped alot. You are a GOD send. Now all I need to do is see how to get my
homepage changed and it stays that way that I hope that this never happens
again. I think that I have the right Info for you that I have posted in the
