Hi ~ I work for a school district and am preparing images to load this
summer. My question is this: How do I set a default background for "ALL
USERS"? I had set the background logged in as administrator, but when I
logged in as someone else, the background had changed!
Thanks
Tim
Log in as a User and set the background (wallpaper) to the same as you
did for the Administrator. Each account has a separate setup.

Customize the default user profile. When you create a new account, XP will
use the default user profile as a template to provide basic settings and
preferences.
