Search Bar and random pop-ups.

All right. Here's the issue. I use Maxthon, an Internet Explorer shell, and
have for a year. Anyway, I noticed one day that I was getting random pop ups
on sites that don't have them. When I have THREE effective pop-up blockers,
and Maxthon has an Ad-Blocker in itself that is more effective than most I've
seen. Uh oh. I ran my big 5, Microsoft Anti-Spyware, Yahoo Anti-Spyware,
Ad-Aware, Spybot, Norton. There were a few things I noticed that were a bit
weird, but nothing I recognized, except that stupid WildTangent thing that
doesn't seem to want to go away, but that's another story. Anyway, I fixed
everything, restarted, and started up IE. Guess what? Not fixed. Guess what
else? I saw that weird search bar that I've seen on other people's PCs. I
don't want it. Right now, I'm using Netscape, because I hate how Firefox
works, and it's tiring me. I took a picture of the search bar.

Crap! Just remembered something. I look in my Processes tab on the Task
Manager, and IE seems to be running. Twice. With my slim 256 MBs of RAM, I
can't take any more programs running! GAH! I took a picture of that, as well.

Help, please!

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.net/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post

So this thing that isn't impairing my ability to connect to the internet,
that isn't changing my home page, that isn't...'hijacking' my browser in any
way is hijackware? Name's a little misleading. Hmm...I'll try that program,
and see what's up.
