Is it possible to change the browser settings in IE6 (running on Win98) so
that each web pages opens in a new window? Sort of like setting folder view
options to have each folder open in a new window. Any help would be
appreciated.

Hi,
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> uncheck "Reuse windows
for launching shortcuts."

This will probably not open a new window when you click a link on a web page
unless you use Shift+click.

More information at:
241911- Description of the Reuse Windows for Launching Shortcuts Setting in
Internet Explorer 5.01

Hope this helps,
