IE6 Win XP SP2 Restrictions

Hi,

There seems to be a restriction which doesn’t allow pop-up windows without
status bar. The problem is, it supposed to be true only for pop-ups opened
automatically by script and not when you click a link (part of design of the
perfectly innocent web site). Pop-ups are not resized correctly because of
that and I have to resize them with mouse to read the content. Anyway, adding
the site to "trusted sites" solves the problem, but what if I don't want to
do that? Is there another way of overcoming this little annoyance? Let’s say
I don’t want this particular restriction to protect me from malicious web
designers of www.livescore.com and many other sites. Are there any entries in
registry I can change to get rid of this?

Cheers,
SB

Thanks for clearing things out.

Can you explain, what site should be added to trusted sites? I am wondering
if this is why IE won't let me send a link or page. It is treating the
OutlookExp. mailto window as a popup?
Doesn't make sense to me.
