Change Registry Path?

Is there any way to specify what registry path Internet Explorer should look
for its settings?

For example, the current default registry path is
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer. However, I would
like it too look for its options in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer2. Can anyone tell me
if this is possible? Thanks!

Aaron,

I don't think this is possible.

It's possibly. You have to locate all exe and dll files related to IE and
search that old registry path. New path must be exactly same length. And of
course, any time when there are new fixes for windows or IE, you must do the
editing again.

So technically it is possible, but but but ...
