It is the problem with the corrupt installation of the hardware
-be sure u hav the drivers for the hardware
-backup the drivers
-Use the add/remove hardware feature
-uninstall hardware
-show hidden devices
-remove ONSIO
-and the hardware with "?"
-restart
-install the drivers for the hardware
-Done

it worked for me
