Greetings.
On WinXP, I created 5 user profiles. In an attempt to keep the OS partition
space as clean as possible from downloads and temporary files, I've
partitioned the drive to have another work area. This includes sending the
TIF to that work area. Each user has their own folder for this. In the
Control panel, I did point the temporary internet folder location to their
newly created folder. The problem seems to be two fold. Some files are
still coming into the original default location which makes cleaning the TIF
double duty, and the second is that using a cache cleaner, i.e. that used in
ZoneAlarm Pro, is not adjustable to the varying locations. To top things
off, I also use Mozilla FireFox browser which I don't see where I can set
the TIF location. So I attempted to point one user profile's IE Internet
options to the same location as FireFox in attempt to have all TIF for that
user in one place for easy cleaning. But as mentioned, some files still go
to the original default location anyway and ZoneAlarm is clueless as to
where to clean.
Can someone straighen me out as to how to manage TIF locations for 5 users
with 2 browsers and 2 partitions? Thank you all in advance and again at the
