There is no privacy policy at that site (or at www.iloveegg.com )
Apparently HTTP response code 403 means "Forbidden"
Do you have a firewall or other restrictions implemented
which would be inhibiting that site?

I suspect you tried to use the news: link that your first responder
created out of your post's NNTP Message-ID? ;)
That would only work if you had a newsreader configured to get
news messages from a server which hosted this newsgroup.
(The newsgroup you are posting to via a web interface.)
If you use Outlook Express this link may work better even without
having a news server already defined for your default news reader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/88FF1C15-707D-4254-AD41-37D07015EF7F@microsoft.com
If you would prefer to use Outlook Express to read messages
on this newsgroup instead try using this link:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser
In order to post using that link you should do some customizing
to identify yourself (or provide a unique alias).
Good luck
